Castello Hotels is a new chain of hotels owing Castello City a 3 Stars Superior Hotel in Heraklion City, Castello Village a 4 Star Resort Hotel in Agios Nikolaos, Sissi Village, Lassithi and as from April 2010 Castello Boutique Resort & Spa a 5 Star Luxury Hotel in Sissi Village Crete.

All hotels were fully renovated 2 to 3 years ago although the renovations are still continuing in a yearly basis so as to satisfy all the demands of the visitors and to ensure our quality of services.

We lately have improved the internet connections to Fast Internet Access (2 Mbit ADSL) lines and especially at Castello City Hotel a brand new Wi-Fi system.

Limo Services can also be offered from both hotels as a new service. Our Limo Service partner is a private company owing licensed and insured, brand new luxury cars (e.g. Mercedes) offering Limo Services (polite, professional, non-smoking drivers, formally dressed, clean and tidy cars with all the appropriate equipment e.g. air-conditioning etc.) from The Airport/Port to Castello Hotels and vice versa, for the price of a taxi transfer.

As quality of services is of utmost importance thing in our business, Castello Hotels in Heraklion and Lassithi Prefecture have been certified from TUV Austria as they fulfilled all the requirements for ISO & HACCP systems.
